PROFILE OF THE DEPARTMENT
The department of Political Science has been offering the course since the inception of the college in the year 2020. We are offering both for Major/Honour, General and Minor. We have also got a good number of students enrolled and run the department smoothly. Our main dreams are to bring the students think critically and in depth knowledge with a complete understanding about the role and policy of the government.

Rajarshi College prepare the student for further studies and prepare for various competitive exams under Political Science. Political Science degree allows students in depth knowledge and understanding about the role and policy of the government. Political Science also covers a wide range of Public Administration, Constitution and International Relations among many countries. It also helps in understanding and comparing the different forms and nature of government in different countries. Graduation in Political Science improved analytical and critical thinking which helps in the field of Law. In the field of politics, you can be good and excellent diplomats. Survey researcher is impossible without degree in Political Science. In the field of International Relations and affairs, Political science can teach these related courses. Students having passed class 12 in Arts and opted Political Science as one of their elective subject are eligible for Admission in Political science as their Major.
