PROFILE OF THE DEPARTMENT
TThe Department of History in Rajashi College of Education and skill is committed to imparting quality education and promoting understanding of the historical evolution of societies, cultures, institutions and civilization. It seeks to develop historical awareness, critical understanding and analytical skills among students through the systematic study of the past. The department promotes on academic environments that encourage intellectual growth, discipline and social awareness. Through classroom teaching project work, assignments and discussions students are trained to interpret historical sources and understand continuity and change in society. The programme also equips learners with academic competence, analytical skills and historical understanding necessary for higher studies and meaningful contribution to society.
